I can so do this.
Tomorrow I am working 6.30 - 6 then going to Sophie's then sleeping there then going to work again the following day at 3 until close and at close the 2 day fast is completed and I am 3 pounds lighter.
then wednesday is a bonus and thursday is impossible challenge.
