OPERATION FAST

Ok RIGHT. This is really IT. What I say GOESSSSSS!!!!!!

My mum is visiting on the 26th of August. It is now, what the 13th? I have almost been here 2 weeks and my bad habits are creeping in. NO MORE!

SO BEGINS THE 12 DAY FAST.

Ok... so it will take most of that time to undo today's activities of food munching and being sad but unfortunately not sick... but OH WELL!

Only this time... I AM GOING TO DO IT!!!
